HELEN RUTH PERRY EGGER
Helen Ruth Perry Egger died on July 30 2014 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson MD from complications of advanced stomach cancer. She was 70. The daughter of Frederick M. Perry, an electrical engineer, and Ruth Stalker Perry, a teacher and homemaker, she attended Ithaca (NY) High School and Cornell University, where she met her beloved husband of 48 years, John B. Egger, Professor Emeritus at Towson University. Helen worked for 9 years as an accountant at General Instrument and later for 23 years as a financial analyst at Sinclair Broadcast Group. She enjoyed family time, hiking, canoeing, reading, and television, and especially the family's Adirondack camp. She is survived by her husband, a daughter Andrea Anderson of Anchorage AK, and a son Dasher Egger and grandson Aidan Jett Egger of New Orleans.
