ABOARD THE U.S.S IWO JIMA – Ronald T. English, 41 died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 1985, on board the U.S.S Iwo Jima while on duty in the Mediterranean.
Mr. English had served as the Hull Technician Chief.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia English; a son, Ronald English of Tucson, Ariz.; his mother, Ellen English of Ithaca,; two sisters, Mrs. Darwin (Lois) P. Snyder of Union Springs and Mrs. Moody (Roberta) R. Sanford of McLean.
Burial will be in Hampton, National Military Cemetery in Virginia Beach. Va.
