Sally Ann VanOstrand
Lansing - Sally Ann VanOstrand, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2017, at the age of 73.
Born March 1, 1944 in Ithaca, Sally was a daughter of the late Thomas and Helen VanInwagen York. In 1961 she married her high school sweetheart, Larry VanOstrand Jr., and together they raised their family of four children in the Lansing area. Sally and Larry were fortunate to retire early and spent 15 years enjoying the Fort Myers, FL area, before Sally returned to Ithaca to be near family, after Larry's death in 2015.
Sally is survived by her children, Lawrence VanOstrand III (Cindy) of Lansing, Bonni Georgia (Jeff) of Trumansburg, Thomas VanOstrand (Connie) of Atlanta, GA and Kelly Gettig of Austin, TX; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Patty Giordano (VG), as well as a large extended family.

Family will be present to receive friends at Lansing Funeral Home, 32 Auburn Rd., Lansing, NY, from 10am until noon on January 20, 2018. A memorial service, officiated by Pastor David Quigley, will begin at noon.
