NEWFIELD – Link Catlin, 52 of 136 Benjamin Hill Road, Newfield, died Monday, February 19, 1996 in the Cayuga Medical Center of Ithaca. He was born in Ithaca, son of Jean Webber and the late Leon Catlin.
Link had been associated with Bill Zikakis for many years as Service Director before retiring to a cattle rancher in Newfield.
He was a member of the Newfield Rod and Gun Club, the South Seneca Sportsmans Club and the Loyal Order of Moose.
In addition to his mother living in Newfield, Link is survived by his wife, Rhonda Catlin of Newfield; his sons, Jeffrey Catlin of Newfield and Brian Catlin of Sarasota, Florida; his daughter, Julie Catlin of Newfield; stepson Kenneth Boynton of Trumansburg and step-daughters, Alexa Boynton of Ithaca and Tracy Bickerton of Newfield.
Link is also survived by his brother, Ronald Catlin of Somerville, New Jersey, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to be held at the Newfield Rod and Gun Club will be announced by Bangs Funeral Home.
