ALISON JEAN PALMER HEINICKE
Alison Palmer Heinicke, 44, of 108 Valley Road, died Thursday. March 23, I989. in Strong Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Ithaca, daughter of Robert and Alice Palmer.
She was a graduate of the Ithaca City School System and attended Cornell University. She was a former administrative assistant and then program director of the Women's Community Building of Ithaca and was active in the Women‘s Information Network. She was a former member of the Unitarian Church of Ithaca.
She is survived by her parents of Ithaca; a sister, Anne Plain of Newfield; her former husband, Mark Heinicke of Washington, D.C.; and several aunts and uncles, and a niece and nephew.
Services will be held in May at the Unitarian Church at a date and time to be announced. Memorials may be made to The Tompkins County Public Library, 312 North Cayuga Street.
